Three potential customers are mentioned in Dave's shareholder letter. Obviously they can't comment during the quite period, but I do know from previous discussions that the Asian buyers mentioned are not the old contracts with the Chinese government, this is with somebody new. Before anybody goes off like a rocket they did say potential buyers so please don't nail them to the woodshed if they don't have cash in hand next week. The point is that with a very limited staff, focusing mainly on the FDA trials, they are still working on sales prior to the FDA approval. The only thing that should be holding them up is the money to start producing the equipment. They can't start drawing on that money until the registration statement is accepted by the SEC. So as soon as that is done they should be able to start accessing the funds, producing equipment and be in the position to complete a sale. It looks like they are getting closer to being in business.
