Is either one a Rambler? Whoops - there I go dating myself again. This day's action would be great, if there was any reason for it to be sustained. Does anybody know, without cheating, who the governor of Utah is? I always picture the guy from Benson.

Wow, I am away from this thread for 2 days, and the number of posts to get caught up on is incredible! Anyhow, you gotta love this recent movement. It does seem like this is the precursor to another run on the stock. Supposedly tomorrow may be the day the Utah Gov. signs off on the Class V. Hopefully! Also, about the Form 10 and the lawsuit, a point should be made about it. If there are any ambiguities in the Form 10, (like a lawsuit) the SEC might decide to delay the listing proceedings until they investigate any questions they might have, or worse, they could halt trading of the stock altogether. Management IMO is doing the right thing by waiting until all of their cards are in order. Patience is a virtue (or so I was taught). Andy...
