Do I have this right? The details of Ricearoni's bankruptcy proceedings are public. The tax liens on Ricearoni are public. Mike Membrado's bankruptcy is public. Stinky Stonkus's problems with Elco Freight International including the lawsuits claiming fraud are public. Eli Eisenberg's cratering the Bureau of Electronic Publishing is public. Robert Furstner's connection with Banco Porugues do Atlantico is public. Harry Friedman's connection with Princeton Capital is public.

So now when Actrade says that its business is growing exponentially, they won't make public with whom who they do business for fear that someone might call this business partner to verify the relationship.

This is all cut from whole cloth. Given the past history of Actrade management - public disclosure could get ugly.
