Valentine, you neglect to consider that they have sold FEW options. IF this was a scam they would have sold ALL options. This is not the case. When they do chose to exercise options, the purpose is to sell the shares and use the proceeds for whatever purpose they want, as is their right. My point was, (I guess I was not clear enough), that even if they had 50,000 shares each, you would still find fault with KRY management! Right? As for the upside, if KRY prevails, I am sure we will see further options and/or other form of compensation for what they will have brought to the table.
