Hi;

When we interviewed the company, they knew our newsletter is working
on a story regarding their company. We also informed MDCE that we
released our recommendation on Monday morning. But it's beyond our
control how a company reacts to our recommendation. We don't know why
MDCE did, maybe they want to have more attention.

The good news is that MDCE may have several major news releases this
week, we guess 10-K for 1997, some acquisition and some film project.
Pulling back will be good to long term gain, as daytraders are gone
and people feel comfortable to get in. We'll see MDCE at $1.00 as
soon as people realize how MDCE has been undervalued by looking into
10-K! Several money managers that we know are waiting for 10-K
release before they want to jump in.

Regards!
