Eric, <We are a distributor selling to major companies. In the last month, we have receieved numerous requests from our customers for OUR plans to deal with the YR2000 issue. ITT, for example, included a survey about our plans and a YR2000 checklist which included verything from Software and PCs to flow meters, torque wrenches, tag making eq., tool tracking systems, shop floor systems, etc.> What most people don't realize is that a lot of companies, like yours, have to staff up just to handle all of these requests. And a lot more will be coming in, down the road, as awareness builds up ... and corporate counsel nudges them. Lot of people doing a CYA or running scared staring at the possibility of supply chain failure. Cheryl
