Short term the stock appears oversold. A bounce up to 27 1/2 is not unexpected. Stronger resistance at around 30. I would be very surprised to see this stock rally to quickly. There are still a lot of unanswered questions out there about the merger and confidence has been shaken. I would think on a short term basis any rallies are selling opportunities. On a long term basis I would wait for it to put in a good bottom and then get long. Only a close above 30 short term would convince me the trend had changed and i find that highly unlikely. More likely than not you'll have a trading range of 27 to 23 for a while.
