PartyTime,
The use of the word ZULU refers to the letter Z in my line of work, Air Traffic Control. We also use the word ZULU to refer to UTC(Universal Time Coordinated). UTC time is the same time anywhere in the world based on a 24 hour clock. Another interesting fact is that we(Air Traffic Controllers)have what we call operating initials to identify ourselves to each other, mine happen to be EZ, which I speak as echo-zulu. I picked these out long before I ever heard of NETZ.
Keep up the Faith,
Wildbill
