It is a good sign that Satyr covered its short, it indicated that the short started to feel the heat. In today's trading, CPQ closed at the high, and the short is in a hurry to cover. The quiet period is over, and we may get more and more news regarding the merger. The merger will result a 20000 lay off eventually. Some will leave voluntarily before the merger really take place, small lay off (1000 to 2000) may already started , and when merger is settled, 5000 to 10000 may have been off the pay roll !!!!
