Fwiw, HLIT just filed an 8K/A - presumably an amendment to it's 8K filing on Jan 6th for the acquisition of New Media

Mark, good article,and watch out if we break 16, it looks like a legitimate rally is underway. TWX and Toshiba are closely aligned,and that is the way the game is played. TWX has said they will buy product from HLIT when necessary,as a back up supplier.
Mark, you're right,good call. UNPH is also rallying, they were both downgraded at the same time by Slocum.
