They are ripe for the picking, and at pretty cheap prices, except maybe for the phone companies TEO and TAR which are fully valued already. During january and february argentine stocks were pretty flat -like all emerging markets in general during the period- with very low trading volume. But right now, they are starting to react, today the Merval index is up almost 3%. As I said, you can buy any of them at very good prices, but I would stay away from the phone companies. Are you italian?
