Alan, I am not jumping on you or trying to make you sound bad. Sorry if it came across that way. The sterile typed words leaves out a lot of meaning. If a person doesn't really think about how the words alone will be received he can be misunderstood as I misunderstood your post. We have differences in our understanding of the word and what it was that God accomplished through Israel, what Israel's role is now etc. These months on this thread have really clarified for me the purpose and intent of God's plan. I more than ever see His hand in events in history and now. Also what is coming and the terrible deception that pre-tribulation rapture theory is and how so many will suffer for believing it. The last days are upon us. The giving of the mark of the beast in Revelation is the final separating of the wheat from the tares. Then the rapture of the church and the wrath of God is poured out on those who took the mark. That is what I would emphasize to all. This wrangling about so many other issues just distracts from the alarm being sounded. The beginning of sorrows could be starting as soon as May 2000. The 1967 war saw Israel take back all of Jerusalem for the first time since ancient times. One generation from then is 2007 (40 years). Subtract 7 years for the tribulation and it's year 2000. 3« years for the beginning of sorrows, late 2003 could be the beginning of the great tribulation which the church will go through, then the mark of the beast is given at the end of this period. That is the final decision of all mankind. It is perfect. Each person decides themselves whether they are Christ's or the beasts. God's judgements are just. Every person makes their own choice. Then all the body of Christ is taken up and the final phase begins, the wrath of God. Bring in the harvest until then, the time is getting close. Bob
