Larry, J.Saf does not work for BANY......He is a friend of mine who has been trying to call Cameron Yost in order to get some background information and to see when the financial information on BANY may begin trickling out.....and to just do DD for himself. He is a careful DD guy.....and I value his opinion very much. I think you may have missed something in an E-Mail or something. My friend does not work for BANY or own any BANY shares......yet. And will not until he gets a chance to discuss the company with the Head Honcho. The Head Honcho has been out of town most of the last two weeks.......Selling stuff, I hope bg ps. I think you ment Mr. Parrish....He is the other large block BANY insider.

Larry, Since I'm a numbers guy.....I like the idea of knowing the number of shares outstanding. BANY PR has given out the number many times. 7.5 million is the figure we have been using. The float has been figured by subtracting shares that are held buy insiders and restricted and so on. BANY PR has helped here also.The float number we have been going on is 1.7 million. Both numbers are not exact....but darned close....and have been given to us by Banyan Corporation PR. I guess if an independent report from the Transfer Agent would make people feel more comfortable......I'm in favor of it. I think this is a very good sign......I think there may be some players here who may be very interested should posters on this thread accumulate a majority of the BANY float........which, at the present rate, would be.....tomorrow. So I like it. BANY can do it.......$100 is better than $1,000......but just a mini report would be good. I would love to see the # of shares in cert form in about 2 weeks.....rather than now. bg
