The technology isn't proprietary so I am not sure what makes you think they have better technology than the next guy. That is a static look at current networks and a forward look at a concept of a network, not exactly an equal comparison. I think kiwt construction would be happy to build a network for anyone that wants them to. There is a long list at every brokerage firm of telecom companies that are leveraged which means they all have access to capital.
