Guess now we know one of the companies thats having inventory problems and why JBIL also got hit.

MILPITAS, Calif., March 23 (Reuters) - Quantum Corp said Monday it expects earnings in the fourth quarter to be break-even or "slightly better."
The company also said it expects fourth quarter revenues to be about 20 percent lower than in the third quarter, when it reported revenues of $1.52 billion.
It said the decline is driven mainly by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) inventory corrections and continued aggressive pricing for desktop hard disk drives.

Jabil Circuit JBIL.O lost 4-22/32 to 34-25/32 after the company said operating income over the next two quarters was likely to fall because of less demand and new product transitions for existing customers.
