<David, do you know if TI is a Micrascan customer? I know they are an SVGI customer and shareholder, but don't know it they use the Micrascan.>

Wonder how many tools (Micrascans) they would use?

Bob, SVG IR confirms that TI is a micrascan customer. They have not received any orders from Anam/Amcor, however. They also do not know whether Micrascans are used in the "production tool set and process recipes" that TI is providing to Anam, but I was assured that a press release would be made available if and when an order is placed by Anam.

On a positive note, I am not aware of any other litho co's that have machines capable of doing .18 micron work. Any comments from the production engineers on the thread?
