On 3/23/98, RADICA GAMES closed up 0.9375 at 19.4375 on volume 86.72% above average. A big white candle occurred. This is generally considered bullish, as prices closed significantly higher than they opened. If the candle appears when prices are "low," it may be the first sign of a bottom.
