Let's hope so, but I would be cautious to see today as a turn around point. From what I hear these OPEC nations are a bit shabby and will say things to improve their markets without necesarily making any changes. Also it is advantageous (for all of them) to have the rest of the worl believe that they will cut down on production. Higher oil prices benefit them all, and who is to say that production limits will not be violated this time??? I hope for the better, but still feel dubious about the real world!!
