Plus it is a tell-tale sign how quiet this board is.

Lots of lurkers. Add to it the technical analysis types who are waiting for the double bottom to be put in and it's been rather boring waiting for PRIA to move south so accumulation can begin.

PRI's visibility just took a quantum leap. Value Line features it in its March 20 issue as its selection for Growth. This also means that Value Line will begin regular tri-monthly coverage & review of PRI. It is a great benefit to a small cap like PRI making it highly visible to individual investors and money managers alike, and great help to those who both believe in the company and have positions in it.
