Mark, I reiterate the tone of your post. Personally, and this is just me, but my money is on the table with the belief that Ira et al can come through, at least closely, to the minimum eps projections given in the CC for '98 with the 40MM share count. If the merger happens relatively soon, the business continues to grow, etc., with or without the MD show( just gravy but lots of it ), then IMHO, 6 months from now when the quarterly numbers and the first half numbers etc. come rolling in, it will show that the company is on it's way to attaining those numbers. Once that is confirmed, and this is just my opinion, the stock price after merger will be at a level that I'm not even going to specify. This is a long term hold for me, and I will reevaluate when necessary. Fortunately, so far my grip is getting tighter.

Jin.

Mark,

You gotta give some of these FAMHers their propers!!!!!!!! They hung in there and have made a nice chunk of change. I really don't know if the stock is gonna go alot lower, (barring some BS from the company or something illegal) There is a nice support level at .50-.60 now. I also think that Ira has grown a great deal with his PR and press releases and could conceivable take this stock way up.

Granted, for every naysayer there is a person on this thread who is completely off the wall with exuberance. It's OK...... We should live and let live and not rain on anyone's parade. Afterall, it is their money win or lose.

Take care and good luck to all again!!!!!!!!

Mark,

Common, you gotta give our fellow FAMHers their propers!!!!!!!! They want the brass ring. There is nothing wrong with that. Granted, some are a bit too exuberant and go a little off the deep end, but there are some very level headed people out there like Cheryl, Brad, Jin and Lebed (NOTTTTTTTTTTTT)just kidding Jon!!!

We should just live and let live. After all it is each person's own money, win or lose. I don't understand why certain people feel it necessary to urinate all over a persons optimism especially if they do not own the stock. I think I want to jump in again some time soon just so I can feel justified in using this thread (and make some more money of course)

Again, good luck to all out there. I hope you all meet your dreams.
