dwlima, I'll be updating all on financials after I talk to Bob Cummings, CFO, tomorrow, when I will be posing those exact questions. What I currently know is that for the last month or so he has been working on audited financials, to both become a fully reporting company and to show current reserves/cash burn and forcasts. It should be noted that 97' was probably a bit of a loss however, 1st qtr-98' is in the positive! We have been given 60-Million in financing from the dharma group in exchange for preferred-restricted shares which are restricted for some time i.e. not releasable this year. I need to further confirm that "fact" tomorrow, along with many other questions you and I both have. I must say however, the company executives have been courteous and forthright in answering all of my questions to date. I am confident that I will be pleased with the results of my inquiries based on the reception I have been give so far. Note: I can always be wrong but, my experience in dealing with upper management leads me to conclude that when cos. are forthright and not evasive it is a huge plus. Please note that it takes time away from my medical practice to obtain this information and therefore my replies here have been somewhat delayed. I am passing along information as I obtain it. bg
