Robert, I will organize a shareholder lawsuit, if someone else doesn't first. It will not fly until the SEC does their investigation and starts their proceedings. Michael Milken and many others like him were under investigation for several years before actual charges were filed.
If you expect the SEC to come running in tomorrow and start arresting people, I'm sorry, it doesn't work that way. Check back in a year, maybe 18 months. What has happened has happened, and is documented. The people who violate SEC regulations and federal laws will be investigated and prosecuted. They will be sued in civil court. It may take years, but, it will all happen.
The calvary is not going to rush in tomorrow and change things. There is no calvary in the stock market. There is the SEC, and they do things in their own way. I have just recently been contacted on a settlement involving a company I owned stock in 4 years ago. It takes time.
