Max, thanks for posting the exchange ratio formula. I am sure that if we substitute the numbers for the words, we could figure it out. What is puzzling is that both C0N and DHI were down strongly today. The ta is not very good right now. I though that some of the action last week was due to option expiration and that we would see the opposite reaction today, but I am totally confused as to what is going on right now. Sergio
