JPM analyst said it was his opinion that the company will miss based on their conversation and the frantic tone. He did not say that the company told him outright that they will miss the quarter, only that it is his opinion that they will. He said that he wouldn't be surprised if they do pre-announce, and he did lower his estimate for the quarter to $0.10 from $0.20. He did not downgrade the stock, because he already has it rated a "Hold". He does think it could trade down to 14, at which point it may be a good value.
