I do not think that Arnold will give you the answers. I know he is very confident. He knows that GIFT does not need a 100% vistory for GIFT to be a "home run". A Home Run means that enough "significant" patent claims are upheld to make it very valuable. It has been quite a while since I read the patent. So if the right claims are upheld, it has all be "worth it".

A project would be to analyze each claim and "value" it. Arnold, you know the patent better than most. Could you "rate" the importance of the patent's claims? mel

Michael,
I am a businessman, not an attorney. Therefore my "educated opinions" can only come from attorneys.

I am very confident about E-data's position and the legal interpretations taken by its attorneys and experts. I am not a person qualified by engineering experience or education to express opinions on specific patent claims.

I thank GRC for posting the docket, but please remember that I am no longer an insider who is informed by the attorneys. I am attempting to find out exactly what the terminated docket means.
