Banyan is aware of the questions and concerns that there must be more stock outstanding because of the consistant buying from several sources. While nothing else has been issued by the Company, short selling has the same effect: more shares are out there even though they have not been authorized and issued by the Company. I also spoke with Cameron this afternoon and he is getting me an updated shareholders list. This will be a good reference point for your efforts to get as much certified as possible. In other news, I doubt Cameron is going to give individual shareholders written permission to question the transfer agent. I will share the basic information in the shareholder report (no individual names and addresses) when I get it next week. Sincerely, J. And if there are more than 7.5 million shares of BANY outstanding.......then I will be very surprised. I will be looking for the shareholders report. I believe we will see where the large blocks are sitting. Good information. bg ps. If 700,000 shares have been borrowed to sell short......there would, in fact, be 700,000 extra shares floating around out there......shares borrowed from people who think that they are in their accounts. That is why I'm calling for my certs. My shares are my shares.
