Hi DSG, Good to hear from you. I must admit this whole area of determining option pricing leaves me somewhat lost. I have used various ways to try to find an underpriced stock option based on the various models.Then I buy the option after using TA FA etc only to have the stock sit there and do nothing. I lose patience, sell because the option is decaying, and of course it then takes off.So you never know. Supply and demand and price of the stock is where its at, and I am not sure I will ever get a handle on option volatility.Good trading.
