A case that has been filed in New Jersey MAY BE tried in New York as
well as IN ANY part of United States. See Black's Law Dictionary, CHANGE OF VENUE: "....In civil cases a change MAY be permitted in the
interest of justice or for convenience of the parties. 28 U.S.C.A. Paragraph 1404(a)." You are damn liar, pinky.
