I would imagine that excitement about VION not only concerns their cosmetic product, but may also include Phase III Promycin results as well as TAPET / anti-cancer initiatives

Perhaps the Houston NBC affiliate picked up the original feed from Hartford, which featured Vion's Melasyn(R) but did not show product testimonials, although they demonstrated it. Actual product is not on the market yet. Vion's licensee, San Mar Laboratories hopes to offer it under private label perhaps later this year.
