Michael... You have been around longer than I have on ECO and related companies. My out of the box thinking was simply that in addition to the purchase costs, receivables expansion and other costs of operation were going to be difficult. Your comment that they look bad for messing with this when it might really pull them down is probably well put. It doesn't make them look very good. Personally, I still suspect that they are better off without DBCO. regards pete
