Ian,

It's always amazing to me how the Cassandras with their "End of the World for Semi" predictions always point to falling DRAM prices. Prices of all components in every sector are, and have been falling for years. Intel recently announced price cuts on its high end Pentium II. Is this the end for all of us semi holders? Of course not. It's the replication of a pattern that is quite unique to the tech sector.(Imaging Nike dropping prices on their sneakers for one year let alone every) An amazing increase in processing power for fewer and fewer $$'s- this the the hallmark of technology. I am glad I am not the only one who sees this.

BTW, I was watching a program on TLC the other night called "Robots Rising" They said something to the effect that if Moore's law continues for another 10 years, the average computer(then) will have more power than ALL of the computer in existence today!!!!! What a time to be alive :-))

regards,

Brian
