Partial Repost, Yahoo:

Daniel S. Loeb is managing partner for an offshore company, Third Point Management and has money in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin islands. And to think he accused ACtrade of using offshore financing.

Third Point is working with Key West Securities. Third Point Offshore Fund Ltd.

Third Point buys all securities through Bear Stearns. Surprise Surprise, same company cited in Businessweek as helping the bucket thieves out.
