You aren't the only Lucent employee on this page. I happen to be up here in the new Concord Technology Center. Have you been with Lucent for a long time, a new hire, or like myself, "acquired" with my original company. How do they treat employees in divisions / groups while they acquire in that arena? Do you get interesting work, or quick-time-to-market boring projects? Is the interesting stuff left for the the newly acquired companies? I understand that the prime function of any business is to make money, not keep it's employees challanged, but......
