Off-Topic: Maverick Tube

I'm long SFSK, but I'm charting MAVK. I hadn't had much cause to look at the MAVK chart until you mentioned it in your posting. Ouch - off 65% in under 6 months! This stock and several others I started charting based on Cabot newsletter 'Buy' recommendations. For several of those stocks, his recommendation was like the kiss of death. I haven't seen a copy of his newsletter for several months now, but I notice that he no longer advertises much (or at all) on CNBC. Are there any Cabot subscribers around with a comment?

Sorry for the 'off-topic'. My curiosity got the best of me.

I've been in and out of mavk for almost a year. Its a good company which has orders up the ying yang but rises and falls with oil prices and oil companies.
Accordingly, if oil comes back, so will Maverick. I did well on some shares and over kept some (for a short term hold) and did badly on some too. I'm back in with some shares now because the price is ridiculously low.
