to All,
Although I've mentally put this behind me, I truly believe that
this bankruptcy was conceived in a very short period of time after the
new and present management took over- about 1 year ago.
Just remember that there were positive news releases on product
developments, the OEM relationship with Apple, the '96 - 3rd Q,
that reflected adequate cash in the bank, no filings from the
year end '96 to the filing of bankruptcy that demonstrated any
material adverse effects to the company ("8-K"). The investors
in StreamLogic were totally blindsided by this management. I will
never forget this. I, too, lost a huge sum of my investment (6 digits). I feel that in most cases, we, the investors, should blame
ourselves for a bad investment, but, this could be a case of
being contrived. Shareholders of Stream should keep communicating,
this case is unusual, and eventually, if possible, "lien" the
successes of the technology developed by Stream R&D.
