King Louie, I am also really happy that WP will be coming aboard, the boost in revenues and earnings are certainly welcome. I just wanted to mention that in an earlier note I posted that the WP deal has been signed which I take to mean that all parties are in agreement and the deal is sealed. I believe that the actual closing date will be when the stock and $$ for the purchase are actually handed over. As to dropping to 52 week lows on this good news, maybe we will get surprised this round? We shall see.

King Louie, looks like you called it...d-oh. I can't figure it. Not to say your explanation is the true reason for the drop, but man, its sure perplexing and annoying...BUT no concrete news to substantiate it all!!!!! Nothing rational about it all (until someone tells us otherwise) - ST
