Hi Jim,

I have to admit that I watched it live yesterday morning. He does really get one pumped, but I'm a bit biased since he is preaching to the converted. I love hearing what he said. The more important questions are - How many non-Novell believers watched the good Dr.? Did Wall Street watch it? Did the Dr.s words excite them?

I guess we'll have to see.

On another big front, it looks like Novell has finally listened to the industry advice. They lowered the NDS for NT to a reasonable price! Take a look at the clip from an InfoWorld press release yesterday:

"In addition, Novell announced it is lowering prices of NDS for NT to $26 per node effective immediately, or $16 per node if purchased before July 31. The software offers a single point of administration for mixed NetWare and NT environments and a single log-in interface for users. It will be updated to manage Windows NT 5.0 and Active Directory users, groups, and applications."

I predict that the price should creep up a bit today. I would be pleasently surprised if it breaks $11 though.

Quad - so far I was correct with my March 23-24 price spike that I predicted about 2-3 weeks ago.
