All...

I'm trying to be fair minded about these delays, but it's getting more and more difficult. I'm NOT a Q+ user, yet, but I'm planning to be one if R2 ever makes it to the public.

However, I can't live with updates not being available until the middle of the night. It has been suggested these delays are because of option expirations. Maybe, but I find it hard to buy when I can get my Primate data feed, as usual, by about 7:30 PM Eastern. Night after night. Options or not.

Does anyone have an idea of the Sat feed (when implemented) will solve these problems. Believe me, I want to believe. Just need some reassurance, I guess.

Ken

QP2'ers: Here's a new scan that gives values for Chaikin's Volatility (I hope). It's based on the formula in "TA from A to Z" (http://www.equis.com/free/taz/volatilchaikins.html).

output = "chaikinvol.lst";
//input = "stocks.lst";

float ema1, ema2, ema3, ema4, hlaverage, hlavgprev, chaikinvol;

ema1:=EMovAvg(0,10,hi);
ema2:=EMovAvg(0,10,lo);
hlaverage:=ema1-ema2;

ema3:=EMovAvg(-10,10,hi);
ema4:=EMovAvg(-10,10,lo);
hlavgprev:=ema3-ema4;

if hlavgprev=0 then
hlavgprev:=.00001;
else
hlavgprev:=hlavgprev;
endif;

chaikinvol:=((hlaverage-hlavgprev)/hlavgprev)*100;

println symbol, ",", chaikinvol;
