Check out this ABCNews special on fiber & esp. the WDM...interesting to see how this stuff is presented when its in the mass press vs. the tech press.... abcnews.com (hope you've got that whole drive thing worked out..I did the drive collapse last yr. & the best part was when I finally had to get a new system...fortunately & fittingly I was able to finance my new Gateway 2000 Pent. 200 w/ earnings from guess what? The sale of GW2K stock at a nice profit!! One of my most satisfying trades of all time!<G>. Good luck!) later eric
