I reconsidered putting on my short position. My reasoning is that there is no way that IOM will come in below its new numbers. Why? Because their lawyers probably gave them advice to exaggerate their potential loss. Thus for the very near term I feel IOM will get a pop, allowing an excellent short opportunity. On the other hand if IOM fails to beat its already miserable numbers, then you are sunk for a very long time. IOM will simply have no credibility whatsoever. But take a hard look at what the bulls on this board are saying. You now have a medical doctor who needs to spend her patient's valuable time discussing her investments. And what does she do. She posts this very important announcement on the IOM thread that she had a discussion with some non-management employee who knows someone who says that there are problems with Click. Posting any discussion on the Internet that would potentially reveal your patient's identity is a serious violation of patient physician confidentiality and Dr. Rothstein is a disgrace to her profession who needs to be reported to Canadian authorities. This is desperation of the worse sorts. As you mature, you will recognize that this was a very sordid period in your life motivated by outright greed not sound financial decisions. If you are in deep Mike, you can always get back in a period of five to ten years. That's life.
