ATXI doesn't add up.

2.5+ million shares in circulation, not 1.4m.

Other differences as well. IMHO, ATXI does not match the information known about prospective company.

My first reaction is that he is joking.

ATXI did a 4/1 reverse split in Dec 1997 to keep its' NAD listing.

Located in Burnsville MN.

Lost 122,000 last qtr. vs, Profit l.y. of 54,000

Trading at 1 3/8. High Last 12 mos. 3.50 Low 1.25.
