OT: Well, if we can get the SOX looking like the BKX I'll be sitting purdy. MIR is simply the creme de la creme of both hostelry and gaming. I don't follow the gaming index per se, so I'm not sure about the connection between gaming and the economy. My own opinion is that leisure will perform no worse than the S&P in the next recession. (Yes, Virginia, there is a business cycle.) MIR derives only half of its revenue from gaming. The Beau Rivage resort in Mississippi has the best location in Gulf Coast gaming. El Nino rains have delayed its opening. And, of course, there's always the consolidation theme. I am a little worried about overbuilding in Vegas. But when the shakeout comes MIR will be fine.
