J, IMHO....beyond. I won't say we will never see these levels again, but for now, beyond(:-}.

Good Luck,

Re: TA Questions

Does the drop in price on lighter trading weigh in to your support levels?

I would not reject a support level because the volume did not confirm the scenario. I would be more cautious without a volume confirmation (adjust stops accordingly, lower exposure, etc.).

Both dips to 15 1/4 on the double-bottom were on diminished volume (last Tuesday's volume was even more anemic than yesterday's). That lends credence to the case that this is a minor correction in a large rally.

If this is the case, then the question is will news of an NDA filing just take us back to 16 or could it propel us beyond?

I'd be concerned if an NDA filing does not take us above last week's intermediate high at 16 5/8. If it failed to get LGND above 16, I would consider exiting short-term positions.

I'm a bit tired and hurried tonight, so I hope this response is not too opaque.

News of the NDA filing is, as I'm sure you're aware, is widely known. It is doubtful if an approval will propel it past $16. We were told that we'll get the 'news' by next Tuesday, and since we're not seeing any last minute buying in anticipation, there is even a chance that LGND will sell-off on the 'news'.

What LGND needs is new 'news'
