If MEME is overwhelmingly owned by insiders, should we bet the farm on their testimony? A company must eventually make money or it's the bone yard for them. Does MEME have a strategic business plan to make money? Or will us "long term" investors have to live on hype until the company turns a profit? You pundits with the super due diligence efforts please reply.

What do those who eschew patent protection do when competitors reverse-engineer their "proprietary technologies"?
