If it is ATXI...all I can say is...."What a BRILLIANT move by Ira!

I won't comment more until we find if this piece of news is true or not, but if it is, then the possibilities for more profit from this merger are tremendous!!!

LE, if your efforts at sabotaging any efforts by the company or management to increase the value of the stock owned by all shareholders isn't clear by now, it should be bleeding obvious to everyone. What's your motivation? It is clear. You are messing with the money and investment of everyone on this thread who is a shareholder. Your "logical, thorough, rational" DD or argument is overshadowed by your clear agenda. Does your employer offer any legal insurance as a benefit? You might need it soon.

Jin.

<<<<ATXI doesn't add up. 2.5+ million shares in circulation, not 1.4m.>>>

$2.5 MM is the market capitalization... 1.4MM shares outstanding.

Information on the Minneapolis-area company can be found at:

biz.yahoo.com

The information Ira has let out, combined with my research skills, has me 99.9% sure that this is it.

You heard it here first,

I stand corrected. As a shareholder, I usually cringe when I see your posts, but I appreciate your research on this one. This didn't match my wildest expectations, but, I am not disappointed either.

No disrespect intended, but I wish I knew what has you so bent against FAMH. IMHO, here is a small growing company, working hard to grow and succeed. Obviously, they are not perfect, but it seems they deserve more credit than you are willing to extend to them.

I'm not trying to flame you, just trying to understand your motivations.
