Glentel is looking at expanding in the Satellite SCADA market across Canada. They accepted our invitation to join this bid. The fit with Unitec is a good one as we have no areas of conflict, and many complimentary. They provide only the satellite links, while Unitec provides all the host computer hardware and software as well as field equipment hardware and software. We have channels of distribution globally, through our growing network of agents, which provides a conduit to market for them in this area. There are several other projects that are now appearing on the horizon as well. This project has a make-up of approximately 2/3rds Unitec, 1/3 Glentel. They benefit as we have covered the market development costs, and of course we benefit from their satellite expertise and credibility in the marketplace. It has been an enjoyable relationship, they have a very talented technical staff, who hit it off well with ours. I'm optimistic that it will be a good long term relationship. Regards, John
