Jin, I'm not Arif Adam. Sorry. I've seen plenty of situations, back when I was a reporter, where information was supposedly "too sensitive" to be released. It never turned out that way, though. The free flow of information benefits everyone. If nobody believes that, then fine... don't ask anyone why they are merging with this company, or anything else revealing that you even know about it. Pretend I never said it if you like. It doesn't require "inside information" to use my brain. Ira gave out the number of shares this company had, the fact they had no liabilities (cash should cancel any debt) and the fact that he flew to Minneapolis to discuss the deal. I once found a teenage runaway in Oklahoma, two years after she ran from Indiana. The cops couldn't find her... but I did. This was much easier. L.E.
