It would seem that ATXI at a current price of 1 5/8 would only require a 1 for 2 on FAMH's part. But they do bring some cash and a clean balance sheet. We'll see. ;>)

Is it possible to have a lower ratio merger if the company is only trading @1.50 or 2.00 like 2 for 1. This may be way off, but I can't see FAMH giving up 4 for 1 shares of a company that does not have any leverage in negotiations. Could this happen or not.

Dusty, It doesn't make any difference what the price of the NASDAQ company is because the price will find its proper value based on the 36› EPS which is based on FAMH earnings, NOT the NASDAQ company. .36 x 25 = $9.00 And I think we will see that very quickly. Just my opinion. Best wishes, Brad

Well, Dusty....maybe that's why on Prodigy Shark has been drawing graphs showing that FAMH will reach $3.00 soon. Here's a sample of what he has drawn recently. . $3.00 ( and then you'll be . be here) . . . . . $1.25 (soon you'll be here) . . . . 60 cents (you are now here) . . . ....... 25 cents (you were here) His drawings are better, but still....I hope he doesn't sue me for copyright infringement. <g> Juanita
