VOD stands for Video On Demand.

Steve, nicely put post. Two questions. I saw 180,000 shares trade at the ask at the end of the day Friday with minimal movement. Does your reasoning still apply when the blocks are large (and presumably better informed)? Assuming rumors not facts (as satchmo would have us believe) got the stock as high as it did, if the rumors were false
wouldn't closing the gap be only the first stop down?

I guess 2 11/16 was the buy back in price, according to your rule.

This is why I don't trade. If I had been astute enough to "know" that over $3 was a good price to sell at, I would still be sitting here
waiting for $2 3/8, not knowing what to do now at $2 7/8.
