Hey BB, I think that your observation may have even more truth to it than you meant to imply:

The more kimberlites that Ashton finds, the better their odds of an economic mine.

Not only does this mean that the chances of finding a single, economic pipe improve, but also, that multiple pipes that would otherwise be uneconomic on their own are economic when additional output is acheivable.

Economically, the marginal cost of each additional carat would be reduced. While small, the overall impact is interesting to think about -- or maybe not? -- as the number of pipes mushrooms.

just as a point of information. how big is a pipe? how many does it take in how large an area to develope into a mine, 1, 2 ,3 or 50?
just what are we looking at? and after you find enough pipes, how long to start mining?

just thought i'd ask.

ACA will take off to new heights in a time span that would make us dizzy. People who are waiting and trying to time this are playing a very risky game. It is easier to do this in more liquid markets.
I have seen this in the early nineties with Aber/Diamet.
That is why it is a good idea to accumulate Ashton/Pure Gold at these prices.

I and a few of my contacts would also like ACA to outsource K14 but Ashton would be very worried about quality control in someone else's lab. ACA would also be concerned that secret info about their pipes (i.e.. colored stones) may be leaked out! ACA are extremely cautious about quality control.
